The room was really cool, it had a modern vibe and was warm. the best part was the separate bathrooms and a big bathtub, plus nice hardwood floors to walk on. 🛁

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! Beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of Vienna, a stone's throw from everything and very well connected by public transport. VERY FAMILIAR, they received us with a welcome sign and details for the children...the treatment of the staff is more than friendly and close, they facilitate everything they can. The breakfast is made right there by a very attentive and exquisite chef...they provide the room with a tray of fruits...the happy hour is very tasty, there is meat, sandwiches, beer, etc...at night the staff leaves and you can enjoy the hotel because it is like a huge house, go down to the basement where there are various games, a cinema with a popcorn machine, whisky and ice, books to read, a terrace...you feel at home at all times. The room is very clean and well stocked with products, we love it. The sauna is not used x lack of time. As the last day we had to leave early and we missed breakfast, they had the attention to prepare us breakfast to go, which we enjoyed on the train ... WAS AN UNBEATABLE EXPERIENCE

location of the accommodation very good in the center of vienna. rooms relatively large and well equipped. breakfast very good and rich. individual wishes are also taken into account. afternoon snack very nice extra service. good restaurant recommendations by hotel staff.

no detailed presentation of the hotel on arrival. only the room and breakfast room were shown. "common area" in front of the breakfast room (delicatessen) resembles more a waiting room. not very comfortable. furniture partly already a bit rickety. if you are unlucky at breakfast and can't get a place in the actual breakfast room, you unfortunately have to take a seat in this "waiting hall". then, whole atmosphere leaves something to be desired. room is spacious, also here the furniture is a bit old, e. g. creaking, worn out bed. cleanliness in the room ok, in the bathroom expandable, e. g. dust in the toothbrush cups. taps in the bathroom very impractical. not suitable for children in any case, as it is difficult to regulate the temperature quickly. fruit plates in the room. drinks are available for an extra charge, might have to be reconsidered.

The workers were exceptionally friendly. Overall the service was friendly. We had a very nice stay at this trendy boutique hotel.

Want to say thanks for relaxing stay. Modern small place, it has marvellous location very close to the center of the city-very close to almost all sightseeing places, the Inner Stadt and Prater and the famous ferris wheel. Overall excellent food, plus there is Vino Gin close by.

The food was delicious. the staff was very pleasant and provided excellent service. the hotel is located in the center of Vienna, yet on a quiet street. It is situated near many great restaurants and the Stephansplatz, where St Stephen's Cathedral and all major attractions are located.

The room was a good size and had a modern feel, plus a fancy bathroom. the bed was super comfy, and there were nice extras like a fridge, electric kettle, and AC unit. 😊

the rooms with very good bathtub and comfortable beds, for example, fairly friendly and extremely accommodating staff who smiles and sings throughout the service. lots of great food for meals.

Great breakfast, central location close to St. Stephen's Cathedral, very friendly service and helpful hotel staff, who reliably cancelled and organized some bookings in the Viennese restaurants for us. Also the shuttle service for the airport transfer organized by the hotel was very good and saved us the rental car. On the day of departure the cinema was opened especially for us. The Ottakringer beer with the Leberkäse in between are as much a pleasant attention as the nice Christmas presents. The house is run with heart and soul and you can feel that it is all about the well-being of the guest.

Heating could not be regulated. The room was at least 25 degrees. When the window was opened, the "smell" of the city of Vienna - where baking, roasting and frying is done at every corner - moved into the room, intensified by the restaurant opposite. Are we really the only guests who have raised this issue with the staff?
